Hatha Yoga:
Yoga has both preventive and therapeutic benefits. It has been shown to offer both physical and mental benefits to the body and the mind.The many physical benefits of hatha yoga are: it improves flexibility and muscle joint mobility; strengthens, tones, and builds muscles; corrects posture; strengthens the spine; eases back pain; improves muscular-skeletal conditions such as bad knees, tight shoulders and neck, swayback and scoliosis; increases stamina; creates balance and grace; stimulates the glands of the endocrine system; improves digestion and elimination; increases circulation; improves heart conditions; improves breathing disorders; boosts immune response; decreases cholesterol and blood sugar levels; and encourages weight loss.The mental benefits include: it increases body awareness; relieves chronic stress patterns in the body; refreshes the body by relieving muscle strain; relaxes the mind and body; centers attention; sharpens concentration; and frees the spirit.No experience required- great for all ages & fitness levels. *Wednesdays (Ila Jean) 6:00 pm- 7:30pm Beginner & Intermediate welcome

Active Flow/Gentle Yoga:
This style of vinyasa/hatha yoga is designed to improve the health, performance, and mental acuity for individuals interested in improving their level of health. It blends balance, strength, flexibility and power in a fitness format. This yoga style overcomes the mystery of yoga by delivering a practical, user-friendly style, which is accessible, understandable, and doable by individuals at any level of yoga experience. Learn how to correctly do postures, breathing techniques, relax and de-stress. Increase your flexibility and vitality. Harmonize the mind with the body and feel the quantum benefits. Mixed Levels Pilates:
The Pilates method of body conditioning is a unique system of stretching and strengthening exercises. It strengthens and tones muscles, improves posture, provides flexibility and balance, unites body and mind and creates a more streamlined shape, all in a relaxing environment. In addition, Pilates increases circulation, sculpts the body and strengthens the body’s “core” (torso). Whether you’re an athlete or couch potato, young and limber or not as young and a little less flexible, Pilates can and does change the way you relate to your own body and the way you carry yourself.

Call Zenstions Spa to register for a class, then pay the first night of your class. Classes are limited to 12 students and led by experienced instructors.
Drop-in fee $8 per class or $50 for the 8 week session. Costs are subject to change per instructor. Please call ahead for drop-in class. Wear comfy clothes and bring water, we supply the rest!
